Aisha ****** - FY3 (2025)

I spent 3 months applying for junior doctor roles in NHS to no avail, as listings sometimes close way too quickly. Thanks to the instant notifications from My NHS Job Alerts, I managed to secure an FY3 role in less than a month.

Darshana ********** - FY3 (2026)

50 applications, 3 interviews, 2 offers, all in one month with My NHS Job Alerts. And I didn't have to refresh jobs.nhs.uk like a full-time job as I did before.

Z** **** ***** - JCF (2026)

I was getting frustrated after nearly 400 applications in 6 months with no replies, all while juggling work back in my hometown. A friend introduced me to instant job alerts, and 7 weeks later, I finally got my offer.

The Problem
NHS vacancies can close within hours. Many listings receive enough applicants in under an hour — often only the earliest submissions are reviewed. This timing gap can be the difference between getting shortlisted or never being seen.
Let us accelerate your job search process, so that you can use your time to do the things that actually matter. Receive instant NHS job alerts in about a minute or less when new roles are posted — helping you apply early, with a real chance of being noticed.

How It Works
Job BoardsMy NHSJob AlertsYou
My NHS Job Alerts automatically monitors various job boards, identifies new job listings, and sends them asap right to you as instant job alerts via Telegram. Faster than anyone else.
Who This Is For
My NHS Job Alerts is designed for anyone who's tired of stalking multiple job boards when job hunting. It is also designed for applicants who want to be the first in line and apply before everyone else.
  • IMGs trying to secure their first NHS clinical role, competing with hundreds of other applicants.
  • UK graduates applying for FY2/3, JCF, SHO, LAS, or CT1-equivalent roles
  • Doctors switching specialties and waiting for very specific openings that appear unpredictably.
  • Anyone done with missing roles because email alerts arrive too late or not at all.
Why We Built This
My NHS Job Alerts started from conversations over a few beers with close friends who are IMGs trying to secure junior doctor roles in the UK. The frustration was always the same; the daily ritual of hopping between multiple job boards, endlessly refreshing pages, and worrying that a role would disappear before anyone sees it.
That ritual quickly became like another full-time job itself. It created this constant pressure to stay glued to a computer all day just to avoid missing opportunities.
We realised the issue was not a lack of available jobs. The real problem was timing. They were missing potential interviews because they discovered listings too late. So we built a system that continuously monitors NHS job boards and sends instant NHS job alerts directly through Telegram the moment new vacancies appear.
